Fast Changeover (SMED) Training Workshop
Overview
A 1 to 1.5 day workshop that can be provided on-site or at another appropriate venue.
For all people involved in implementing 5S Visual Management into their workplace.
This workshop is designed to provide participants with a practical working knowledge of the techniques used to analyse a process and reveal opportunities to reduce the time required to change from one activity to another. It begins with a review of the foundation tools of 5S and process mapping and how they influence workplace and task effectiveness. The workshop is designed to be run looking at a specific process, so that after the workshop, the participants have an actual workplace action plan to implement as a project.
