Introduction to Lean Process Improvement Training Workshop

Overview

A one day training workshop either on or off-site. The workshop agenda can be tailored to the needs of your organisation. There are 3 standard versions;

Version 1: Designed for Manufacturing and Workshop environments

Version 2: Designed for Non Commercial / Government Office and Administrative environments

Version 3: Designed for Commercial Service Provider / Office and Administrative environments

The aim of this workshop is to provide particpants with a working knowledge of the core lean principles and how they translate into practical improvement activities. Theory sessions alternate with practical exercises throughout the workshop to develop the concepts through a variety of learning styles. The workshop agenda is designed to establish a framework that participants can directly translate into actual workplace projects.
