Process & Value Stream Mapping Training Workshop

Overview

A 1 day workshop that can be provided on-site or at another appropriate venue.

For all people involved in implementing process improvement within their workplace.

The Process and Value Stream Mapping workshop demonstrates to participants how to use Process Mapping and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) techniques to help understand process in the current state and for planning a future state. During the workshop, participants are given a process simulation which they map at a high level and at a detailed level using both techniques. Participants then identify improvements based on the results of the mapping and plan a future state.
