Far more than just good housekeeping, Visual Management is widely accepted as a powerful tool for reducing waste, improving efficiency, building morale and creating a safer work environment.

The Kallista Consulting program 5S - Visual Workplace Management for Office and Administrative Environments is specifically designed for organisations who recognise the potential value of Visual Management and want to start a practical implementation.

The program is designed to provide everything needed to establish 5S within a workplace and the first steps of the implementation are started during the training itself. We explain the methodology of 5S, introduce the principles of Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise and Sustain in detail and explain the use of the common 5S tools such as Workplace Rosters, Disposition Charts, 5S Area Scorecards and Red Tags
