Value Stream Mapping for Process & Manufacturing Environments
2
Day On Site Training Program
Value Stream Mapping is one of the
most valued tools from the lean improvement tool set. It has
been used as a fundamental tool by thousands of manufacturing
organisations with great results in improved productivity and customer
value, greater efficiency and reduced lead times.
Our program identifies and
uses an actual process from your organisation as the basis for
constructing a current state map and planning the future state. In
this way, the outcomes of the program are not only a new capability of
your participants to conduct Value Stream Mapping, but a project
already under way on an process identified as having a high potential
improvement benefit.
